At Winds and Wall Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not, we offer refunds on unopened Mahjong tile sets returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.

To start a return, please email us at: windsandwallcollective@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address via email.
How to Request a Refund
Return Conditions

Tile sets must be unopened and in their original packaging, including shrink wrap. Please do not open or unwrap your tile set unless you intend to keep it.

Opened or used tile sets cannot be refunded.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Winds and Wall Collective.

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Processing

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Tip: We strongly recommend using shipping insurance and tracking. Winds and Wall Collective is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
